What is CurioClub and why should I list my classes?

CurioClub is a credit-based discovery platform that connects families with enrichment providers across Singapore. Listing on CurioClub gives you access to parents who are actively looking for learning experiences for their children — without the long-term commitment pressure that often makes families hesitate. This means more trial bookings and a direct path to converting interest into ongoing enrolments.

What types of classes can I offer?

We welcome any enrichment activity designed for learners aged 4–16: STEM & Coding, Arts & Crafts, Music & Dance, Languages, Sports & Fitness, Academic Tutoring, and more. Both in-person sessions at your venue and live online classes are supported.

How do I get started as a partner?

Click "List your classes" from the footer or the Vendor Dashboard, complete your partner profile, and submit your first class listing. Our team reviews all listings before they go live — you'll typically hear back within 2–3 business days.

Are there any fees to join as a partner?

Listing your classes is completely free. CurioClub earns a commission — a percentage of the credit value — only when a family confirms a booking for your class. There are no upfront fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no hidden costs.

How much commission does CurioClub take?

Commission rates are agreed upon and shared during the partner onboarding process. There are no additional hidden fees beyond the per-booking commission rate.

How and when do I get paid?

Payouts are processed on a monthly basis, covering all classes you delivered in the previous calendar month. Payments are made via bank transfer to your registered Singapore bank account.

What happens if a family doesn't show up?

If a parent or child does not attend a confirmed booking (a no-show), the credit is forfeited on their end — they do not get a refund. You still receive full payment for that session, as though the class ran normally.

Can I set my own schedule, class size, and pricing?

Yes, fully. As a CurioClub partner, you control your class schedule, the maximum number of participants per session, session duration, and the credit value you charge per booking. You can update, pause, or remove classes at any time through your Vendor Dashboard.

How do I manage my bookings?

All bookings are managed through the Vendor Dashboard. From there you can view upcoming sessions, track attendance, mark no-shows, and access your full booking history — all in one place.
